Deliveries and Returns

 
How long does delivery take?
How long your order takes to arrive depends on what you order.
Loxley and Ashgate canvases tend to arrive within 2-3 working days or the next day if you choose that service.
Winsor and Newton canvases tend to take a little longer but usually will arrive within 4 working days. If you order a mix of Winsor & Newton and Loxley/Ashgate canvases, they will arrive seperately and potentially on different days.
By working days we mean Monday to Friday excluding bank and public holidays.

 
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free for orders over £100.
We have reduced our standard delivery cost and now charge a flat price of £5.99 for delivery, no matter how large the size of canvas. We do not make any profit on this charge - the cost to us for these deliveries is significantly more than this.

We also offer a next working day service for Loxley and Ashgate canvases. This costs £8.99 and orders must be placed before 12noon Monday - Friday. For details see below.

 
Do you do next day deliveries?
A Next Working Day Service is available for Loxley and Ashgate canvases only.
This service is not available on another other range (i.e. Winsor & Newton, Teloman or Reeves canvases.)

The cost for this service is £8.99 and orders must be placed before 12 noon Monday - Friday and the delivery will be on the next working day (i.e. Monday - Friday).
Therefore orders placed on Friday will be delivered Monday and orders placed at weekends will be delivered on Tuesday. Public and bank holidays are not counted as working days and if your order is placed after 12noon we will not be able to deliver the next working day.
If there are any stock problems with your order we will contact you as soon as we find out.


Where do you ship to?
We ship to the UK mainland ONLY. Unfortunately we cannot ship to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey or any other non-mainland destination. We also cannot ship to other countries. This is because at present we do not have any reliable means of shipping to these places.


My order has not arrived.
Orders can take up to a week to deliver, so please check to see if it is still within the expected delivery times listed above.
If it is not, please check the email address you provided with the order to see if we have contacted you about your order being out of stock.
If the delivery company has attempted to deliver but no-one was in they will put a card through your door letting you know. They will then try again the next day. However if they cannot delivery they will not take it to your local Post Office, so please call the number on the card to arrange re-delivery.
If it has been longer than a week and you have not heard from us or the delivery company, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.

 
Only part of my order has arrived
The most likely explaination is that you ordered a mix of canvas brands. Deliveries from different suppliers will arrive seperately. For example Winsor & Newton canvases will arrive seperately to any Loxley or Ashgate canvases ordered.
If this is not the case, please check the email address you supplied with your order to see if you have recieved any emails from us saying an item is out of stock. When something is out of stock we will usually send the rest of the order regardless.
If you have not recieved any emails from us, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.


 
My order has arrived damaged or is faulty.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives for damage. If you discover damage or a fault let us know. The longer you wait before contacting us, the less likely it is that we can offer a refund or replacement.
If you order has arrived damaged please contact us to let us know. We will then either arrange for replacements or a refund - which will depend on what you have ordered and the circumstances of the particular order.
Please be aware that for single damaged/faulty canvases and for larger canvases we usually prefer to offer a refund rather than a replacement. This is because there is a high risk of damage if we send single canvases or large canvases.


I ordered some canvases and I dont want them. They are not damaged or faulty.
We accept returns for full boxes of unopened and undamaged canvases within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You can either return the canvases to us at your own cost, or we can arrange for them to be collected from you for a £15 charge. We do not make any profit on this charge - it is the actual cost to us of collecting the canvases from you.
If it is later than 30 days any refund is at our discretion.
