Can I buy less than a box quantity?
We only sell canvases in box quantities. These vary depending on the size and type of canvas and are listed in the product description.
This is for a number of reasons: one is that canvases are especially prone to damage during delivery - so much so that single canvases are almost certain to get damaged.
Selling in box quantities is also one of the reasons we can offer such drastically reduced prices.
Can you make canvases to order?
All the canvases we sell come ready made by our suppliers. We do not make the canvases ourselves, so we are not able to make a canvas to your particular requirements.
A full list of the sizes we sell can be found here.
Do you print onto canvases?
No. We only sell blank canvases for painting on. However there are many companies who offer this service - we would advise searching online.
Are your canvases suitable for inkjet printing?
None of the canvases we sell are designed to be suitable for inkjet printing. Because of this we cannot not recommend using them for this purpose. Some customers have found that they can print onto the Ashgate and Winsor & Newton Universal ranges using flatbed printers, however the other ranges tend not work very well. We must emphasise that these canvases are not designed for this purpose and it is advisable to do some tests before buying lots of canvases.
Do you do bulk orders for schools?
We do offer bulk orders for schools. We can also invoice schools for orders, although naturally we prefer orders to be placed online.
We only accept purchase orders from school and colleges. We do not accept them from any other organisation.
If you would like us to invoice the school please fax us an official purchase order to 020 7759 4585 or post it to

We strongly advise that if you are to send an order this way to let us know by telephone so we can confirm reciept.
The order should contain the following: an order reference number, the telephone number and email address of the school, the delivery address and a contact name. Terms are 30 days from the receipt of the invoice, which will be included with the order and a duplicate may also be sent by post.
All purchase orders are accepted at our discretion only and we reserve the right to refuse them.
We will not accept responsibility for any purchase orders lost in the post or that do not arrive with us for any other reason.
What is the largest size you do?
The largest size we can get is the Loxley Chunky Canvas 72" x 48". This is 6 foot by 4 foot or 180cm x 122cm. They come in packs of 2 and can be found here.
Can we pick up our order or visit you?
No. Our head office is in London, however the majority of our goods go out directly from our suppliers. Neither our suppliers or our head office is open to the public.
Do you do next day deliveries?
We have recently introduced a Next Working Day Service on Loxley and Ashgate canvases only.
This service is not available on Winsor & Newton canvases.
The cost for this service is £9.99 and orders must be placed before 12 noon Monday - Friday and the delivery will be on the next working day (i.e. Monday - Friday).
Therefore orders placed on Friday will be delivered Monday and orders placed at weekends will be delivered on Tuesday. Public and bank holidays are not counted as working days and if your order is placed after 12:00 noon we will not be able to deliver the next working day.
