Please be aware that we do not accept postal orders due to the security difficulties associated with such orders.

Our Customer Service Line is open on weekdays between 09:30am and 5:30pm.
We are a sister site to Budget Art Supplies and use the same customer service number so the telephone may be answered as "Budget Art Supplies". We regret that the customer service line will be unable to take calls on public holidays.

Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via phone or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling
All orders are delivered direct to you.
Please note we can only deliver to Mainland UK destinations.

For orders under £100 we charge a delivery fee of £8.50
Delivery is free for orders over £100.

Delivery Schedule
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 1 to 5 business days.
Winsor and Newton items will take longer than Loxley and Ashgate items and will come in a seperate delivery.

Please note that orders may come in more than one delivery

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, you will be redirected to the PROTX website.
PROTX are a 3rd party payment service provider who encrypt credit card numbers using 128 bit encryption.
No one at PROTX or The Canvas Store will see your card details.

When you place an order over the telephone we will need to take your credit card details so please have them ready. Card details are entered directly into the payment processing system while you are on the telephone and are not kept or written down in any form.

Guarantee
We deliver everything we stock direct to your door, and all products come with a 30 day guarantee.

It is your responsibility to contact Canvas Store by email or phone to advise us of your intention to return or exchange any item(s) within 7 days of receipt of them. After this date, it falls solely within the discretion of Canvas Store if a return or exchange will be accepted.

If the item(s) are no longer required or is an unwanted gift, you should notify the Canvas Store within 7 days from date of dispatch. Requests to return no longer required or unwanted gifts after 7 days from date of dispatch are conditional upon circumstances.
It is your responsibility to adequately package and resend the items back to Canvas Store address within 28 days, These goods will be returned at your own expense.

If you are unable to return the items yourself, we do also offer a collection service. There is a £15.00 charge for this, which will be deducted from any refund. This is equal to the cost to us of collecting your order from you.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm

Please include a note explaining who you are and why you are returning the order with any return. Failure to do this may result in a delay in dealing with your return.
