We only ship to the UK Mainland only.

If you successfully place an order on the website for delivery outside Mainland UK, your order will be cancelled. You will be notified of this and any monies will be returned directly to your account.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 working days to arrive. We do not ship orders overseas. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We pride ourselves on our great fulfillment levels which are over 98%. Should any canvases suddenly go out of stock after an order has been placed; we will contact you immediately to inform you of the options available.

Our aim is for you to receive your canvases in perfect condition; sending canvases in box quantities means they are packaged together and protect each other when in transit.

Canvas Store does not offer custom-sized canvases. However, we do offer pre-stretched and ready-to-use canvases in a wide variety of sizes.

We also offer a range of canvas rolls, which allow customers to create their own custom-sized canvases.
