Our canvases can only be shipped to Mainland UK addresses. Should you successfully place an order on the website for delivery outside Mainland UK your order will be cancelled. You will be notified of this and any monies will be returned directly to your account.

All orders are delivered directly to customers from our suppliers.

For orders under £100 we charge a delivery fee of £3.99, this is a 2-3 working day service.

Delivery is free for orders over £100.

A next working day delivery service is available on Loxley or Ashgate canvases. This service costs £8.99.

Orders placed before 12pm will be sent out that same day. Orders placed after this time will not be processed until the next working day.

If your order contains both Loxley/Ashgate and Winsor & Newton/Reeves canvases you will receive multiple deliveries as they come from two different suppliers.


Should an item on your order be unavailable your order will be backordered. You will be contacted notifying you of the delay. You will be offered the option to cancel at this point.


It is the responsibility of the customer to contact Canvas Store if you would like to return or exchange any item(s). Contact must be made within 14 days of receipt of the item.

When returning goods, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all goods are well packaged. We also recommend that some form of insurance is taken out as part of the postage costs. Customers will then be covered should goods arrive back damaged. Please ensure your order details are included in returned packages.

If you are unable to return the items yourself, we do offer a collection service. There is a £15.00 charge for this service.

Damaged Goods

We need to be informed of damaged goods within 3 working days. This is so that we can make a prompt claim against the courier company and correct the problem as quickly as possible. 

Damaged goods should be signed as damaged upon receipt of delivery or refused upon delivery due to damage. We can then arrange for new goods to be sent out again.
